KreativHumans had the privilege of collaborating with the Mahinda College 2020 AL Batch for their annual get-together, “Wisse Wise 21.” The client wanted a unique theme that would evoke nostalgia and celebrate Sri Lanka’s rich cultural heritage. After extensive research and brainstorming, we proposed a vintage theme inspired by the 1980s era of Sri Lanka.
Our team delved deep into archives, scouring old newspapers, articles, and visuals from the 1980s to create a unique design system that captured the essence of the chosen theme. Drawing upon retro fonts, imagery, and motifs, we crafted a visually captivating aesthetic that resonated with the event’s target audience.
Across various forms of content, including social media posts, posters, videos, and a dedicated website, we integrated elements of the vintage theme to create a cohesive and immersive experience for attendees.
The response was overwhelmingly positive: “Wisse Wise 21” generated significant buzz and intrigue, with many individuals expressing enthusiasm and nostalgia for the retro-inspired theme. Even those who were unable to attend the event itself took notice, as the unique design and messaging sparked conversations both online and offline.
By successfully bringing the vintage theme to life through our comprehensive design and marketing efforts, KreativHumans helped make “Wisse Wise 21” a memorable and talked-about event within the Galle Area’s community. This project exemplifies our commitment to creativity, innovation, and delivering impactful experiences that resonate with audiences on a profound level.
